Former President of the Supervisory Board of Orbis S.A, member of other supervisory boards, and adviser to the management of LOT Polish Airlines in the field of restructuring. Partner in a law firm 1995-1998. Chairman of the Foundation for the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. Member of the State Examination Commission for the members of the supervisory bodies in companies in which the State Treasury has holdings.

Legal Adviser since 2003, graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He has gained experience in legal office and Legal Department in Krajowy Departament Papierów Wartościowych S.A. Andrzej Król, as an in-house lawyer in large capital companies, has devoted attention to legal problems of economic nature, especially concerning company law, contract law, securities law and insolvency law. Engaged in legal services, inter alia, projects related to mergers of limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, transformation of companies, issuing the company's shares to public trading, including the preparation of the prospectus, the sale of the company, the issue of bonds, legal planning of funding and underwriting transactions and ventures, company formation overseas, creating contractual framework for the establishment and conduct of franchising.
